How do I become a member?

Becoming an SBR Executive member couldn’t be easier. Simply fill in the short form in the Become a Member area of this website or call our membership hotline (021) 5403 1177 Ext .17 (9.30am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday) and upon receipt we will deliver your membership pack within five working days.

What are the benefits of membership?

market-leading partner organisation waiting to offer you valuable discounts on its services.

What kind of services do SBR Executive partner organisations offer?

Any form of business service. Our partner organisations are all leaders in their field, dedicated to offering you the best deals available on any personal or business service you need.

What are the available payment methods for membership?

Payment for membership is secure and easy. Either pay online here, (PayPal or Bank Transfer) or send payment in cheque or cash to our office and we will deliver your membership pack within five working days.

How do I activate my membership?

When you receive your membership card, just sign the back, like any credit card, and you are ready to start enjoying the benefits of membership.

How long should it take to receive my membership pack?

After we receive your completed membership application form (online, fax or post) and payment, you will have your membership pack within five working days.

How do I access membership benefits?

Just produce your membership card at the point of sale with any of our partner organisations to receive your discount. You may also be asked to sign as further proof. We will also send you an electronic version of your card that can be used for online or remote purchases.

Where can I use my membership card?

We have hundreds of partners just waiting to offer our members discounts on products and services. Visit the relevant partner category to find the service you are looking for.

Can anyone else use my membership?

No. Membership of SBR Executive is individual and your card is proof of individual membership. Only the card signatory can use the membership card either at point of sale or online.

When does membership expire?

Membership of SBR Executive lasts one year.

What happens if my card is lost/stolen?

Just contact us. Call the SBR Executive hotline or email us at support@sbrexec.com quoting your password and we will send you out a replacement.

Is there a limit on the number of times I can claim a discount with any SBR Executive service provider?

In the vast majority of cases - No. Our leading service providers are committed to helping you save money, however many times you use their services. Please check the terms and conditions in the Partners Categories to find the exact details on benefits or contact the SBR Executive hotline.

How can I verify I am a SBR Executive member to partners without showing my card?

We understand you may not always want to visit our leading service providers in person, that’s why we issue you with an electronic e-card for online purchases. Alternatively, you can photocopy the back of the card with the signature strip, sign and fax to the service provider.

Can my company buy membership packs for our clients?

Yes. We can even personalise our welcome pack for you with compliments from your company.

If my company buys several memberships for our executives is there a special rate?

What information is held on the card?

Just your signature, name and company. Your personal security is important to us.
